Lime Sherbet

Ingredients

8 limes
75g/3oz caster sugar
pinch of salt
crushed ice, to serve

• Squeeze the limes and pour the juice into a large jug. Add the sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved
• Pour in 1.5 litres/21⁄2pt water, and top up with plenty of ice to serve.
• Serves 6
